Returns Policy

All items sold by LuxbyLD are pre-owned and hand-inspected before listing. If your item isn't as described, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return: the item must be sent back in the same condition it arrived in, with any original packaging or box included. Contact us at submissions.luxbyld@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to start a return.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was not as described.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
